Module 1: Vision, Mission & Core Philosophy
Introduction The Six Elements Projects in Thailand is a large-scale humanitarian initiative founded and led by Mr. Raveeroj Rithchoteanan, Chairman of Centennial Energy Thailand Offshore in Apia Samoa Limited and The Raveeroj Rithchoteanan Foundation. The project aims to elevate the standard of living for Thai citizens by providing access to six fundamental aspects of life: Accommodation, Meals, Education, Healthcare, Transportation, and Employment.
This initiative is powered entirely by the personal assets of Mr. Raveeroj not by public tax funds or political interests. Its sole mission is to restore dignity, equality, and sustainability for every Thai citizen.
Founding Philosophy
Mr. Raveeroj believes that true wealth is meaningless unless used to serve others. For years, he has devoted himself to philanthropy, international negotiations, and financial engineering to ensure this vision can be realized. Despite being virtually unknown in Thai elite circles, Mr. Raveeroj is globally recognized by major financial institutions, including:
HSBC NY & HSBC Holdings Plc
Federal Reserve USA
Top 10 Global Banks
The Rothschild Family, among others.
He has committed to using over USD 220 billion in personal assets (with full legal documentation and institutional confirmation) to launch and fund this project.
Project Nature
This is not a government program and is not politically affiliated. The Six Elements Projects in Thailand is purely a people-centered humanitarian initiative that offers a new model of development driven by private philanthropic capital.
Module 2: National Distribution Plan & District-Level Implementation
Equitable Distribution Across Thailand
The Six Elements Projects are designed to ensure universal coverage across all 77 provinces and 878 districts in Thailand. No area urban or rural will be left behind. This structure guarantees equality of access regardless of geography, income, or social class.
Allocation Per District
Each of the 878 districts will receive a dedicated budget of:
> USD 500 million (approx. THB 15 billion)
per district for the full implementation of all six elements.
This funding will be drawn directly from the private asset pool managed by Mr. Raveeroj Rithchoteanan and overseen by leading international institutions.
Localized Execution Each district will establish a Six Elements Center, responsible for: Construction and maintenance of housing units
Operation of food service centers Administration of bilingual schools
Management of healthcare facilities Development of local transportation nodes job recruitment and economic empowerment
These district centers will operate autonomously under national quality guidelines, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs.
Project Timeline
The estimated time for full deployment across all 878 districts:
> 3 to 5 years from official project activation
Development will begin simultaneously in all districts, using a phased milestone approach to allow for speed, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Economic and Social Impact Benefits of this national deployment model include: Immediate local job creation Injection of capital into all regions Rapid modernization of rural infrastructure Reduced urban migration Balanced economic growth across Thailand

Module 4: Economic Model & Financial Sustainability
The strength of The Six Elements lies not only in its social vision but also in its solid economic framework. This model is designed to ensure long-term sustainability without reliance on public taxation or foreign debt.
Funding Source: The entire project is privately funded through the personal assets of Mr. Raveeroj Rithchoteanan, President of The Raveeroj Rithchoteanan Foundation and CEO of Centennial Energy Thailand Offshore in Apia Samoa Limited. These assets, held in HSBC New York and other top-tier financial institutions, have been officially registered and acknowledged. Total estimated budget: USD 439 billion+ allocated to fund all phases of the Six Elements Projects across Thailand.
Investment Allocation: Each of Thailand's 878 districts will receive USD 500 million (~THB 15 billion) to implement and operate the Six Elements locally within a 35 year period, with central oversight and transparent disbursement via blockchain-based ledger system.
Cost-to-Citizen Model: Each citizen pays THB 500 per element per month, allowing complete access to services (e.g., Housing = 500, Food = 500, Healthcare = 500, etc.). This symbolic fee covers operational costs and encourages co-responsibility.
Economic Impact: The project stimulates local economies through construction, staffing, education, and food sourcing being done locally; reduces national spending on healthcare, poverty relief, and infrastructure; and decreases wealth disparity by giving all Thai people access to dignity and opportunity.
No Taxpayer Burden: There is zero reliance on government budgets or taxpayer funds, no new debt incurred for the Thai people, and the initiative remains fully philanthropic and sustainable under the Rithchoteanan Foundation.
